Justine & Shishen's Dramatic Statement by GN Events

Reinventing existing spaces is always exciting, and this wedding celebration was no exception. Our client wanted to create a focal point for the reception venue. The venue - The Hyatt Hotel Banquet Hall was just an empty shell before we started working on it. Around 180 people filled the space and did we create that focal point?
Working with my good friend Darren August and florist Ernest Niewenhuizen; our first challenge was the little space we had for the dancing floor. The dramatic statement - a 5x5m vinyl with the couple's signature image was to be fixed to the dancing floor with the 5 tier wedding cake in the middle. After around 2 hours we managed to get it all in place with the assistance for Clement Naidoo and his team from Legacy. Needless to say, my clients were over the moon with it!
